- 3/4 cup peach nectar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 (5.3-ounce) cartons vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
- 3 cups sliced fresh peaches, frozen
- Mint sprigs (optional)
- Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until blended.
- Add peaches; process until smooth.
- Divide evenly among four glasses; garnish each serving with a mint sprig, if desired. Serve immediately.
Serving size: 1/4 of the blender contents
