Fresh Peach Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup peach nectar 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract 
  • 2 (5.3-ounce) cartons vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt 
  • 3 cups sliced fresh peaches, frozen 
  • Mint sprigs (optional) 

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until blended. 
  2. Add peaches; process until smooth. 
  3. Divide evenly among four glasses; garnish each serving with a mint sprig, if desired. Serve immediately.
Makes four servings
